Grant Wareham – Managing Director
Grant hails from an Engineering & Management Systems background with International experience in large-scale project management (Koeberg Nuclear Power Station, Mossgas, Brent Petrochemical Field) and over 25 years experience in International Management Systems compliance for multinational corporate organisations. An internationally certified Business Process Auditor, Grant is an expert in Integrated Management Systems & specifically in Business Process Quality Management.

Retha Wareham – Director – Client Support; Client Training & Development
Retha is a Food Scientist by training & her portfolio includes Head of Consulting & Facilitation – Sensitive Consumer Products & Client Support. Retha is an Internationally Certified Lead Auditor & has developed & implemented Accredited Food Safety Management Systems for leading South African Brand Producers. An accomplished Trainer, Retha is a recognised subject matter expert in Risk Assessment methodology in the Food Industry.

Ryan Dingley – General Manager – Commercial & Legal
A qualified Attorney, Ryan heads up the Commercial & Legal Business Unit for W&A where his experience in International & National Commercial Operations is invaluable in our provision of Business Process Mapping & reengineering services & Legal Compliance.

Mike Campbell – IT Support and Manufacturing Consulting
Mike has a background in Food Technology and Industrial Engineering with over 20 years experience in a Food Manufacturing environment working for Nestle, Beacon, Robertsons and Unilever. Globally experienced in Food Manufacturing Factory design and Material handling systems specialising in Process Development and factory optimisation. Other skills include Systems Simplification including Complexity Reduction, savings initiatives and Continuous Improvement programs as well as Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.

Nicola Conlan – Systems Facilitator
Nicola’s origins in Chemistry and Biochemistry have led to her developing a career both in the chemical industry as well as the food sector, working for two internationally acclaimed and brand leading companies: Rohm & Haas and Unilever. She has over 8 years’ experience focusing on technical development within a consumer sensitive food and chemical market, and has worked on continuous improvement planning and implementation in laboratories and factories both locally and internationally.

Yvette Ritchie – Systems Facilitator
Yvette is an experienced & qualified Food Safety Auditor as well as our Auditing Application Administrator. Her training expertise is in Food Safety Practices & Procedures and the FS Audit & practical HACCP Study elements of our SETA training course. Yvette’s facilitation focus is on Occupational Health & Safety operational implementation. She also manages our ASP Support & our Durban branch office.

Emily Ackerman – Training Administrator
Emily’s marketing and customer relationship management skills, together with her expertise in training organization, combine to provide our customers with an outstanding level of training administration and client support.
