Methodology

Risk Assessment
We lead and facilitate your multidisciplinary Management team in an internationally recognised risk assessment and evaluation process to identify priority areas for the development and implementation of your SHE Management Practices. This should not be confused with the product and process specific detailed Hazardous Incident and Aspect & Impact assessments which take place at a later stage. See below.

This training includes the provision of a semi automated software application in Microsoft Excel which further reduces work load and facilitates understanding
