I’m going to spend a couple of minutes just giving you an overview of the sort of resources, facilitation, consulting, training and advice that you’ll find amongst our network.
If we start off from a macro-economic perspective, typically speaking with large-scale multidisciplinary projects, we have a specialised team of experts in risk management, that are designed to assist you reduce the risks associated with massive projects, typically on the African continent.
Our client base stretches across numerous sectors of industry and service, and in terms of on-going manufacturing and service industry we typically start off with risk management in a business process environment, and our team can assist you identifying Key Business Processes, mapping those in terms of your Commercial Business Model, and identifying the risks and the control mechanisms that are required to ensure that you achieve customer satisfaction. Very often those Business Processes are contextualised in an overall Business Process Management System, typically ISO 9001 as a generic management model, and those management systems can also extend into the specialised disciplines of Environmental Management, Energy Management, Food Safety, and Occupational Health & Safety Management.
Let’s talk about some of the risk methodology tools that you would find in those, starting off, for example, in terms of Occupational Health & Safety with Hazardous Incident Risk Assessment. A bit of a mouthful, but we’ve got a team of people on hand that can assist you to conduct Hazardous Incident Risk Assessments, and to structure the results of those so as to be able to demonstrate effective Occupational Health & Safety risk management in your workplace. On the Environmental side, Environmental Risk Assessments addressing the environmental hazards & risks that your organisation may encounter. And if you’re in the food industry we have a team specialising in Food Safety Management Systems and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point methodology.
